I have been using this product for almost a month .  I am getting some relief from my knees & hands., especially when i wake up at night and my hands are aching, i just spring it on them.  I also rub the bottom of my feet before bed and i am sleeping longer at night.  This product  does help a lot when i am having less pain. complications.

For me there is no other. I have two bad knees, bone rubbing on bone. The minute I used this the pain went away. I will use anything else. I love it so much that I told my Doctor about it and showed him the bottle. He took a photo copy of it. Probably to tell his other patients or use for himself. He wanted to stick my knee with a needle of medication. I now use this on any pain I may get.
