SHIPPING, SUBSCRIPTIONS & RETURN POLICY
It’s important for us at myKore Essentials (MKE) to process your order as soon as possible. It typically takes 1 - 3 business days for orders to process and leave our warehouse. Processing times do not account for weekends or holidays. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
MKE ships both within the continental US and Internationally to most regions. Keep in mind that incomplete or incorrect information when ordering could delay your delivery as we attempt to verify the correct information.
MKE offers flat rate shipping for orders within the Continental United States. The rates are as follows:1 Bottle   $7.99
3 Pack   $8.99
6 Pack   $10.99
Your order will be shipped either UPS or USPS based on address and shipping rates. We reserve the right to select shipping option
International Shipping costs vary depending on weight, postal code, and shipping method. Remote locations may require additional time for delivery.
Customs & Duty Fees may apply to International shipping. Customs fees, brokerage fees, and duty may be charged upon delivery and/or required to obtain your order. myKore Essentials is not responsible for these fees. Please contact your local Customs office for more information prior to placing your order. And depending upon the individual Customs for your country your package may be delayed.
From time to time MKE will run free shipping as part of a promotional. Any free shipping offers are for orders in the Continental United States. International orders regular shipping rates will apply.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located in the e-mail. Delivery dates can change based on weather, customs or a myriad of reasons. Please follow up with the carrier to track any packages that show they were delivered but you did not receive the package. You can reach out to MKE at email@example.com to verify that your order went out and forward any tracking information necessary to assist you in the process.

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Packages do not ship from our distribution center on weekends or the following US holidays:

So that means if you’re EVER unsatisfied with anything you buy from us here at myKore Essentials, you have a full 30-DAYS during which time you can return the product for a full refund minus shipping. Just let us know you weren’t satisfied and we’ll send you a *100% REFUND on your order.
Steps to process your return:
- Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know you would like to return your product and would like a refund. We want to know so we can keep our eyes peeled for you package and get your return processed as soon as possible.

- Please note we do not provide return labels. The shipping cost on returned items is at the customer's expense.
- Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- For multiple bottle purchases we will happily refund the first bottle you used but will require that you send back the 2 unopened bottles on 3-pack orders plus the opened bottle and 5 unopened bottles on 6-pack orders plus the one opened bottle to receive a refund on your purchase. We will not refund the price of more than one bottle opened on multi-pack orders.
All returns must be packaged and shipped in a secure manner to ensure product arrives back to MKE in good condition.
Any products refused at time of delivery are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
*This does not apply to multi-bottle purchases.
Our subscrition program was designed for your conveniece and to keep you pain-free. We offer a 20% discount when you sign-up and on-going for any products shipped via your subscription program. Upon signing up there is a minimum requirement of 1 month* to get the initial discount.
After the first subscription shipment you may cancel your subscription. The link to manage your auto-order/subscription can be found in the footer of our website or via this LINK.
